Are you available on a temporary basis to provide IT Support?
Our Taunton based client are looking for ongoing weekly cover working Monday - Friday with on site car parking provided. Pay rate dependant on experience.
Our client is a professional firm with a rich heritage gained over the last 100 years.
They require some additional support in their IT team, covering multiple sites and end users offering 1st and some 2nd line technical helpdesk support.
Key areas:

- Previous experience of working on a helpdesk - preferably ZenDesk and / or ITIL, working to SLAs
- Good knowledge of and experience in supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office in a network environment
- Experience of managing users in Active Directory
- Preferably experience in Group Policy management, Antivirus (ESET)
- Proactive, motivated, outgoing, good phone manner
