**About NeoTimber®**
A group of customer-centric problem-solvers, we are a family-run business that specialise in developing a portfolio of composite decking, cladding and fencing products to both B2B and B2C markets. We are investing heavily to ensure we stay at the forefront of our industry and we are seeking motivated salespeople to help us achieve this goal.
**Main Duties**:
- Day to day Administrative tasks for sales team
- Deal with customers directly to resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner, delivering a first-class customer service experience.
- Answer telephone calls and deal with them as appropriate
- Follow internal customer service processes
- Work alongside sales executives to develop and grow customer accounts
- Canvas potential sales leads for the sales executives
- Update CRM and back office systems
- Maintain and actively develop sales & technical knowledge of the product range
- Assist our office manager with daily administrative tasks
- General ad hoc daily duties / tasks
**Essential Criteria (Skills / Experience / Qualifications)**:
- Proven experience in administration, sales administration and/or sales support
- Highly competent using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Team player but able to work independently
- Ability to manage and prioritise customer requests in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
- Computer literate and used to working with various software/systems
- Experience using a sales ‘CRM’ system
**Remuneration**:£16,000 - £20,000 PA (Depending on Experience)
**Hours**: Full Time (Mon-Fri / 0900-1700)
**Salary**: £16,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Experience**:
