**Sales Team Administrator**

We are looking to recruit a highly organised and meticulous individual for the role of Sales Team Administrator within our International Sales Department.

**Role Type**: Fixed Term Contract (10 months)

**Hours of Work**: Monday-Friday: 9.00am-5.00pm

(Some flexibility to start between 8:00am - 10:00am, however 7.5 hours required in a day

**Salary**: £19,500-22,660 per annum

**Sales Team Administrator Duties**:

- Preparing order documentation
- General administrative support (printing, scanning, etc)
- Daily monitoring of websites and associated portals for procurement updates and opportunities
- Filing and archiving of paper based and electronic records
- Inputting department KPI data (quotations, sales, etc)
- Taking and distributing meeting notes/minutes
- Booking transport for shipments
- Supporting departmental and business projects
- Reporting and presentation support
- Preparing bar codes and customs clearance instructions
- Checking and double checking internal and external documents
- Supporting internal processes for new customers, suppliers and products
- Reporting and investigating discrepancies that may arise
- Updating and maintaining internal systems.

**Sales Team Administrator Requirements**:
You will have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience in an administration role. You will need excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a keen eye for detail. You should also have experienceworking under pressure and to strict deadlines, with the ability to remain focused and organised.
