**HR Administrator**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR Administrator to join our team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wishes to continue their career in HR. We are keen to support and develop internal talent and you could become a HR Advisor with your own client base down the line.

About the HR Dept: We provide an outsourced HR service to a wide range of businesses and charities at a cost that makes sense for SMEs. We become a company’s outsourced HR Department. Particularly in smaller organisations, the employees are often the Company’s best assets. Many SMEs are not large enough to warrant the costs of employing a full time HR presence, but at some point, everyone needs a helping hand so business owners can get on with the day to day running of their business.

We provide support to businesses across Edinburgh & the Lothians.

**Main Duties**:

- Supporting the team with clients’ recruitment campaigns
- Formatting and ultimately preparing HR documents as required by the HR Advisors including Contracts/Handbook and Policies
- Taking low level HR queries, developing skills over time to respond to more complex queries
- Ad hoc note taking and typing up of disciplinary, grievance and investigation meetings
- Managing some of our more intensive clients CRM systems which includes supporting the full employee life cycle

**Qualifications and experience required for this role**:

- Previous experience within an HR environment at assistant or administrator level
- High level of administration skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong Communicator - you’ll be dealing with Business Owners and their teams across a wide portfolio of businesses (Verbal, written and strong telephone communications)
- Relationship builder
- Self-starter, able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once
- Focused on delivering results
- Resourceful, proactive and able to initiate activity
- Positive and emotionally resilient
- Team player, willing to “muck in”
- Regular use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM systems

**Job Type**:
Full-time hours are 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday). However, both full-time and part-time options are available. Part-time would be Monday-Friday but we are flexible on the times. This role is homebased with team meetings and catch ups being held in person in Edinburgh.
