**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Advice and Admissions team as a Contact Centre Team Leader in Reading.
As the Contact Centre Team Leader, you will lead the operation of the Group Contact Centre where customers are contacting by phone and digital enquiries and receive an exceptional customer experience that raises the reputation of Activate Learning and sets it apart from other providers.
**What do you need to be a successful as a Contact Centre Team Leader at Activate Learning?**
You will have strong administration and IT skills, along with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to analyse and report on data
About you:
- Experience working within a contact centre environment
- Experience of managing a team
- Understanding of Key Performance Indictors (KPIs) & Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Knowledge of the Further Education and Higher Education sectors is desirable, but not essential
