**Hotel**: Innside by Melia Manchester (M15)

**Job Type**:Full time / Permanent

**Shift Patterns**: Reservations Agents generally work between 08:00 - 18:30 Monday - Friday.

**Salary**: Competitive

**Job Summary**:Our Reservation Agents are an integral part of our team, making sure guests and booking agents first contact with the hotel is a professional experience. You will also ensure effective communication with the front office teams regarding any special requests or requirements.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Liaise with leading companies and booking agents to support their booking needs
- Build rapport and offer excellent customer service
- Inputting rooming lists, traces, and highlighting booking notes
