Sales and Events Coordinator

**Purpose of the role**:
**Monday - Friday**
**9.30am - 6.00pm**
As our Sales and Events Coordinator, you will be focussed on securing bookings through a service-led approach and you will be a results-driven individual. You will be responsible for enhancing the experience of the students living in the property and maintaining the immaculate presentation of the property for our existing students and for potential residents visiting us. As Sales and Events Coordinator you will meet and greet guests, conduct building tours and ensure a first-class experience for every potential resident from the moment they enquire through to arrival and beyond.
The Sales and Events Coordinator will be responsible for showcasing the property and everything it has to offer and your standards will be second to none to ensure the accommodation and show flats are always viewing-ready. You will be outgoing and thrive in a fun environment where the goal is to delight our residents and you will be the person on site to deliver marketing initiatives supported by the Sales and Marketing Teams.
**Sales and Events Coordinator Duties**:
- To secure sales of rooms, create a sales and service-led environment and deliver proactive sales behaviours in the property
- To provide an outstanding level of service to our residents and wow them at every opportunity.
- Create a fun and welcoming environment within the building, to enhance our residents accommodation life and maximise opportunities for sales.
- To respond to sales enquiries quickly and professionally.
- Be responsible for overall tracking of leads, enquiries, viewing feedback and conversion and ensure opportunities are maximised and activity is effective.
Will require an element of flexibility will require some evenings and weekend working throughout the year for setting up and delivery of events, as well as certain key dates such as check in.
