We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team in Bristol on a part-time basis, working 25 hours per week.

The Operations Administrator provides administrative support to the Operations Managers, HR and Compliance Team across the full range of administrative duties. This administrator primarily deals with the administrative responsibilities relating to Volunteer Car Drivers in the BaNES, Gloucester, Swindon & Wiltshire contract area.

The position is responsible for creating and compiling information including recordkeeping, reporting and information for all management systems.

**Main areas of General Administration**
- First point of contact for Contract Managers/HR Business Partner and Compliance Team.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Managers/HR Business Partner and Compliance Team and others as required.
- Prepare, organise and maintain electronic and paper personnel files.
- Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and queries when required.
- Maintain administrative forms and manuals with up-to-date information.
- Preparation of documents and follow-up on timelines and deliverables.
- Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes as required.
- To develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures.
- To provide administrative support for projects. For example, arranging meetings, collating and circulating papers, preparing statistical reports, entering data on IT systems and following up action points.
- Process employee starters and leavers as required maintaining and updating relevant information.
- Prepare and maintain related benefits records and reports.
- Ensure job descriptions/person specifications is maintained and stored electronically
- To assist in any recruitment processes that may be required
- Produce regular statistical reports on HR information, e.g., Starters, leavers, turnover, recruitment campaigns, sickness absence, other absences, ethnic monitoring etc.
