We are currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Assistant to join our team, the successful applicant will be expected to:

- provide administrative support to the Head of Employee Relations/ER Managers in providing professional Human Resources support services to designated teams as appropriate.
- Co-ordinating responses for ET3 including liaison with all key managers and other staff named in the claim form.
- Co-ordination of the collation of key documents from key managers and HR staff
- To determine where key information is missing and seek to obtain this information from the relevant parties.

We are looking for someone who is an enthusiastic and experienced administrator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to complement the existing team.

You will be organised, adaptable and able to work quickly and accurately using a variety of platforms (face to face, telephone and/or virtual) whilst dealing with a range of day-to-day ongoing activities at the same time.

- Liaison with the witness to ensure that their statements are drafted and finalised within the required timescales.
- Co-ordination with all parties to ensure that all witnesses are available in accordance with the Employment Tribunal schedule.
- To support managers and other key witnesses by explaining the procedure and keeping them up to date on emerging issues and minimise any anxiety associated with Employment Tribunal proceedings.
- Support the designated ER Advisors and ER Managers on other HR issues. The preparation of information, letters and documentation as required.
- Advising managers as appropriate on staff terms and conditions
- To actively support the Employee Relations Team with the ER case management system (Assure/Selenity)
