**Customer Relations Executive
**British Airways Holidays is one of the UK's leading Tour Operators. C&M Recruitment are delighted to be supporting them with recruiting into their Customer Relations team. This team work to investigate and respond to post-travel correspondence, providinga high standard of customer service to recover customer confidence in British Airways Holidays. **Customer Relations Executive
- Role & Responsibilities**:

- Responding to assigned customers post-travel correspondence
- Ensuring complaints are resolved to the customer's satisfaction and refunds issued
- Working within a team to support telephone calls from customers, agents and suppliers
- Assisting other departments on Customer Relations issues and compensation queries
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers to investigate customer feedback

**Customer Relations Executive - Skills & Experience Required**:
This is a busy, hands-on role for someone who can demonstrate:

- Proven experience within a Customer Service role, with travel industry experience being beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to negotiate positive outcomes whilst building relationships
- A passion to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills

**Customer Relations Executive - Additional Information**:

- To help with your decision on whether this is the role for you, as a guide, a typical salary in this role is around £25,000 per annum,
