Human Resources Assistant

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Recruitment Administration including screening applicants
- Reference Checks
- System Management using Excel and Fusemetrix
- Processing of Starters/Leavers
- Processing changes
- Absence/Holiday Management
- Contracts of Employment
- With direction from the Manager, update policies and procedures
- Process timesheets for payroll
- Assist with monthly payroll
- With direction from the Manager, manage H&S compliance for the Group
- Assist with the recording and managing of regulated and non-regulated complaints
- Assist with the collating and completing of FCA regulatory returns
- Any other duty appropriate to the post
**KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES**
- Previous experience within a HR Department is desirable
- Good Communication Skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Office skills in Excel/Word
- Strict levels of confidentiality
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Must work well as part of a team and as stand alone
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to frequent change within a high pressure environment
- 15 Hours per week - Wednesday - Friday 9.30-2.30
- Salary £24,000 FTE
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 per week
