Job Title: HR Administrator

The HR Administrator supports the administration and day-to-day operations of all the functions and duties of the HR Department. This role primarily has responsibilities in supporting payroll, compensation, benefits and wellbeing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll administration, inclusive of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting (to include P11D, Company Vehicle Registration, Pensions etc).
  • Company-wide committee facilitation and participation;
  • Employee communications;
  • Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping;
  • Employee service support;
  • Ensure relevant HR databases are up to date, accurate and compliant with legislation;
  • Preparing data and provision of information for reports;
  • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.

Requirements and Specifications

This vacancy requires a confident, analytical, enthusiastic and well-organised individual with a strong emphasis on payroll management. The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working in a HR environment within the manufacturing industry. Flexibility, good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to achieve demanding objectives are all essential skills for this position.

The successful candidate will have a high degree of initiative and be an excellent team player. They will be required to display a willingness, flexible and hands-on approach, often at short notice, to undertake an extensive range of tasks within the Department. A competent PC user with experience of Microsoft Office Applications is also required.
