Human Resources Business Partner

**Company Overview**:
**Position Outline**:
We are seeking an experienced HRBP to facilitate and support delivery of HR processes for a population over two sites (St Asaph and Bodelwyddan). You will support Functional Leaders in all HR matters, whilst overseeing the day-to-day HR function foremployees. This role will be varied, challenging and provides an opportunity for you to make an impact and develop your HR experience.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with delivering consistent best practice customer service
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
**Education and Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within a generalist HR role.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation and benefits practices, absence management, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and UK employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
- Minimum CIPD Level 5
- Experience of HR Management systems / HR Information systems desirable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £42,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
