Hospitality Assistant

We are seeing a Hospitality Assistant that will also cover reception duties, to be based at a standout site that is innovative, urban, sustainable, and based in Paddington.

**Your duties will include.**
- Taking responsibility for the preparation of all Food Hospitality offerings adhering to Hygiene standards (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Refreshments)
- Ensuring all areas within the main kitchen are clean, hygienic and tidy at all times.
- Assisting with the ordering and deliveries as required, monitoring stock and reducing waste.
- Ensuring that there is a swift response to all hospitality and housekeeping requirements.
- Managing and cleaning of all used crockery and service ware.
- Ensuring that all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly in line with company/manufacturer’s operating procedures.
- Daily monitoring cleaning standards throughout the areas.

- To be highly flexible and able to adapt in an ever-changing environment and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Have good time management and be a team player.
- The ability to work unsupervised and take full responsibility for food preparation and cleaning standards.
- To have a positive, proactive approach with the ability work in a professional manner.
