Administrative Assistant/receptionist

We require an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to assist us with all office duties. This role requires someone who is thorough, efficient, has a great attention to detail and can promote our company in a professional manner.
Day to day Office Administration duties relating to operating a busy manufacturing business will include:
- Answering Calls.
- Logging and Filling Supplier Invoices and Delivery Notes.
- Invoicing customers and providing Monthly Statements.
- Corresponding with suppliers, customers and utility providers etc.
- Compiling Word Documents and Spreadsheets.
- Ensuring Stationary stocks are replenished.
Experience of SAGE and Microsoft Office software packages is essential.
Salary is commensurate with experience in this role.

- Monday to Friday
