Service Graphics are looking to recruit an Apprentice HR Assistant to join a small HR & Payroll team on a full-time basis. This will be a hybrid role with travel required to Service Graphics branches across the UK (including locations in the North and Midlands areas)
This apprenticeship program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in the HR field while you work towards achieving your CIPD Level 3 qualification. The course programme includes employment law, organisational structures, HR tools, business understanding, policies, and HR function.
As an Apprentice HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team with a range of administrative and operational tasks. The role will give you exposure to a wide range of HR related activities and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,**
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
- Support with HR-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects.
- Support the HR team in the administration across all areas of the employee lifecycle, including compliance checks, contractual paperwork, gathering and sending employment references
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Have a genuine interest in Human Resources and an enthusiasm for learning from others
- Hold at least five GCSEs including English and Maths (or an equivalent qualification) to grade C/4 or above
