**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Customs clearance to ensure Yara are complaint with HMRC requirements
- Nominate vessels, checking cargo compatibility and terminal capacities - including COMAH limits
- Ensure Yara's obligations are met with all contracted packaging suppliers
- Manage bagging programmes and monitor bagging rates of third party sites.
- Process bagging data.
- Shrinkage - compile data from SAP to monitor and manage with an aim to reduce shrinkage.
- Process invoices and goods receipt purchase orders.
- Purchase goods or services for all Terminals.
- Process manual despatches.
- Audit and physically count all stock to agreed guidelines and timetable.

**Profile**:
We are looking for a pro-active and energetic person who can work under pressure with a variety of skill sets.
- 5 GCSE's or equivalent
- Relevant office admin experience
- SAP experience advantageous but not essential
- Competence with Excel
- Demonstrate a good attention to detail
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Be a self starter and work on own initiative
- Be willing to travel within UK & Ireland
- Hold a valid driving licence
