Facilities Admin

We are currently working with an facilities service provider who are looking to appoint a Facilities Administrator to cover maternity leave at their offices in Leeds on the edge of the city centre (LS12) on a temporary contract for the coming weeks.
Facilities Admin core responsibilities:
- Schedule PPMs, work orders and reactive repairs with engineers, tenants and clients across a range of contracts.
- Log and manage the completion of tasks listed above using the company CAFM system (Maximo).
- Support and assist the management team with administrations tasks such as producing monthly reports and contract delivery particulars.
- Chasing subcontractors for reports and schedules.
- Working inline with contract SLA’s to deliver excellent and timely service to clients.
The ideal Facilities Admin will have previous experience coordinating facilities services and will have excellent IT and Customer Service skills. Having previously used a CAFM system (specifically Maximo) would also be beneficial.
For this the client are looking to offer their Facilities Admin an hourly rate of £11.50 per hour, this is a temporary role till early September though could lead to further work for the right applicant.
