**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports

Process invoices, payments, and expenses with accuracy

Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are addressed

Support the month-end and year-end close processes

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

Handle queries related to accounts and finance from internal and external stakeholders

Support senior accountants in conducting financial analysis and audits

Perform general administrative duties as needed

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.Sage) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Professional certification (e.g., AAT Level 4 or equivalent )

Familiarity with Sage accounting systems

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
