- ENG012523We are looking for an Education and Student Experience Coordinator with a focus on our Degree Level Apprenticeships (DLA) to provide support within the Faculty of Engineering in the management and organisation of our portfolio of apprenticeship programmes.

As the Education and Student Experience Coordinator (DLA), in this newly created role you will work closely with the Faculty Apprenticeships Operations Manager, Faculty Director of Higher & Degree Apprenticeships and Programme Directors, as well as in close collaboration with colleagues from Professional and Work-based Learning (PWBL) and the Education and Student Experience (ESE) team to ensure that the requirements of all stakeholders are met.

You will be a friendly, proactive individual, who is not fazed by constantly changing priorities and demands; you will have substantial administrative experience, excellent communication and people skills, as well as strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Your previous experience will enable you to provide professional, confidential, proactive and flexible administrative support.

You will be required to work independently, as well as in collaboration with members of other teams. You will be comfortable working with both internal and external colleagues at all levels and will seek to continually improve Degree Level Apprenticeship processes and communications within the Faculty of Engineering.

This is a varied and rewarding role which includes committee meeting support and the organisation of various activities that contribute to the successful provision of our apprenticeship programmes. You will be a member of the wider Faculty Education and Student Experience team, ensuring department wide issues are actioned, and excellence in student experience practice is shared.

This is a full time (36.25 hours), fixed term post for 2 years. Arrangements for job share would be considered.
