We are currently looking to recruit an conscientious and reliable **Assistant Inventory Coordinator **to join us on a permanent, **full-time** basis working on **14.00-22.00 Shift **at our **Sales & Distribution division** on site in **Banbury.**

**As a Assistant Inventory Coordinator, your duties will include**:

- Receipting deliveries and finished goods including BDF (All CoPack Suppliers/Customers)
- Ensure the safe movement and transportation of products as required, reporting all issues or damages identified while completing works
- Follow all health and safety, Quality, GDP and SOP requirements for all executions undertaken
- Ensure all activities relating to medicines and medical devices are in accordance with GDP or medicinal products
- Support the CoPack Inventory Coordinator with activities as required

**What we are looking for in our ideal Assistant Inventory Coordinator**:

- You will have experience gained in a similar role, working within a busy warehouse environment
- You must be a proficient user of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- You will be a confident communicator, in writing and verbally and be able to clearly communicate with colleagues at all levels with ease
- You will be numerate and literate and be able to understand worksheets and instruction well
- You will be proactive, methodical and highly organised
