- Establishing and working in a brand-new home with the autonomy to support shaping the service.
- A robust support structure consisting of an experienced and skilled Registered Manager, plentiful operational support, experienced Responsible Individual, and consultancy expertise / support for the children and staff.

**Responsibility of Residential Support Worker**
- You will be working with Outstanding Managers, you will support your team with the overall running of the home, care team and children in line with Ofsted legislation.
- You will be assisting in the promotion of good childcare practice in accordance with Policies and Procedures.
- A key component of the role will be day to day support of the children in our care including household duties, cooking, shopping, laundry and adhering to safeguarding protocols in the home.
- Perform sleeping-in duties as required.
- Thrive in a team environment and be flexible with the ability to work a rota pattern.

**Requirements for Residential Support Worker**
- Willingness to learn & attend training
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner.
- A full UK driving license.
