We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.

**Key duties**
- Keeping a log of incoming calls with date and time of call, name, contact details and company of person calling, and the person they wish to speak to, and ensuring any messages are communicated if that person is not available to take the call
- Assist with visitors to site
- Sorting any incoming mail, and ensuring it is passed on to the correct department
- Maintaining stationary and ad hoc kitchen stock levels
- Assist operations and accounts, undertaking basic admin support such as raising purchase orders and goods receipting
- Recording staff absence per company procedure when staff call in sick
- Collate weekly timesheets, cross reference with clock machine
- Compile project hours for costing purposes from timesheets and engineer day reports
- Input and maintain data on our Job & Accountancy System
Experience in a previous role is essential. The job is in person at our Head Office on Normanby Road, Scunthorpe.
We are looking for the right person to join our team as soon as possible.
The current role is 16 hours per week and starting at £12 depending on experience.
