**Salary**: London Living Wage; £24,856/annum FTE

We are recruiting for all three roles (Visitor Experience Assistant, Ticketing & Membership Assistant and Retail Assistant) for the following contract types;
- Full Time - 40 Hours per week on a rotational basis including some
evenings and weekends.
- Part Time - Different contracts (including evenings and weekends)
- Casual - Zero hours

All roles are fixed term for 22 months starting 15 May 2023 which includes a mandatory training and induction period from 15th May to 15th June.

All roles are site based. Flexibility with working hours is essential, as post-holders will be required to work some weekends, early mornings and late nights. Full time and part time employees will be assigned to a rota pattern with sufficient notice to make plans around your working hours.

**Visitor Experience Assistant**

As a Visitor Experience Assistant, you will join a friendly, supportive and highly motivated team to play an essential role defining our visitor welcome and facilitating an enriching visitor experience. Your responsibilities will include encouraging visitors to engage with the Gallery’s Collection by developing and delivering Talks & Tours, assisting with interpretation and providing general information. You will also provide wayfinding assistance and manage visitor flows, queues and capacity levels.

**Ticketing and Membership Assistant**

As a Ticketing and Membership Assistant, engaging with visitors and ensuring we provide an outstanding visitor welcome will be at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for processing ticket sales and membership subscriptions, as well as supporting retail operations in our Exhibition shops.

**Retail Sales Assistant**

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will join an energetic new team tasked with ensuring that our visitors have an exceptional shopping experience and maximising sales in our 3 shops. You will operate tills and take payment, serve customers and process transactions with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy. You will work proactively within your team to ensure that you are knowledgeable about our product ranges, the Gallery and it’s Collection, and you will keep accurate stock records and complete replenishment tasks effectively.

**Closing date is 9:00am on Monday 27th February. We may have to close registrations early if we reach capacity.**

**Interview Open Days will take place on 6th and 7th March in person. If you are unable to attend in person, please let us know, we may be able to offer some limited availability to take part via Microsoft Teams.**

**Second round interviews will take place on 20th and 21st March in a group assessment interview, in person.
