Administration Assistant

Due to growth, a well-established, socially motivated organisation ABILITY Transport requires an administrator who has great analytical skills and has good skills with Excel.
ABILITY Northants cic is a social enterprise providing efficient, accessible, and cost-effective transport and associated services throughout the West Northamptonshire area. We help people at risk of social isolation to access opportunities and to play a part in their community.
**Introduction**
The Administrator would be responsible for recording of invoices and figures in Xero, monitoring fuel receipts and cash accountability. As such the Admin Assistant is expected to assist the Office Manager and Directors and senior staff in promoting and maintaining the accounting software of ABILITY.
The post holder will be accountable to the Office Manager.
ABILITY Northants is a Registered Community Interest Company and is managed by the board of Directors. The Board has a firm commitment to equal opportunities, volunteer involvement and a positive attitude towards staff training.
**Role**
- To process invoices, timesheets and payroll, cash and sales invoices, using Xero (not essential as training will be given).
- To liaise effectively with the Office Manager and Director as required.
- To provide general office administration and assist with analytical data management.
- To participate in the development and promotion of a range of Transport related Services.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £12,500.00 per year
