**Your role as Technical Service Support**:

- Communicating effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Ensuring exemplary customer service and the customer perception of ACM is positive at all times.
- Logging calls from customers regarding breakdowns, services and enquiries.
- Checking and ensuring that the database has correct customer details.

**What we need from you**:

- Experience in customer service role.
- Confident with Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Waste management experience would be an advantage.
