About The Role***
**Role Overview**
You will be responsible for working together with the hiring managers to understand their vacancy requirements and provide consultation on how to manage an effective recruitment process. As a resourcing leader, you will play an active and influential role, contributing to the future focus and development of the team, whilst supporting the day-to-day operational delivery. This is an internal recruitment role therefore no outbound business development calls will be required This role is initially offered as a 3-month fixed-term contract. We offer a hybrid working model with the option to work from either our Bury St Edmunds office or Ipswich office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work together with the Resourcing Manager to deliver the divisional talent attraction strategy for the hard services business
- CV shortlisting & distribution
- Interview scheduling and support
- Create partnerships with social value employment partners and work together on effective resourcing plans to support the local communities near our client contracts
- Provide hands on resourcing support for management roles, business critical roles, contract mobilisations and operational sites with a high agency spend
- Support with the design, implementation and roll out of a new ‘Application Tracking System’ and ‘Vendor Management System’ across the UK group
- Drives culture change / change management initiatives
- Manages the talent pipeline together with the Resourcing Manager (including internal moves and external hires, as required)
**About You**:
- Experience recruiting in either an agency or in house environment
- Experience communicating with key stakeholders
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- Willing to go above and beyond to achieve great results for the business
