Here at Compass Point Recruitment, we are on the hunt for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who loves our industry. You will be sitting on a warm desk, delivering 360 recruitment and will be greeted with a reputable and highly respected brand, an established candidate pool and a wealth of existing clients

•2 years'+ experience in recruitment and/or a sales environment

The Package:

•Salary range - £25,000 - £37,000. We can consider a more junior recruiter looking for progression or someone with a considerable amount of experience that can bring legacy to the business
•Uncapped commission with achievable quarterly and annual bonus opportunities (as per the career ladder) as well as non-sales related incentives
