Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Full time receptionist/administrator required for a natural stone quarry.
Hours of work are 7:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Description of job:
Being the first point of call for the business
Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems
Working alongside the office manager to ensure smooth running of the business
Assistant to day to day running of the office
Answering all incoming calls into the quarry.
Managing deliveries
Supporting other employees
Processing orders
Creating and mailing invoices (Sage)
Credit control
Purchase Ledger
Must be a team player
Must have strong IT Skills
Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
Must speak fluent English, other languages would be an advantage
Previous office experience is preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft and Sage would be an advantage.
