Our client is a leading importer and distributor of vegetables, with distribution units throughout the UK.
They are looking for an experienced administrator to join their small and friendly team. This is a temporary position but with the possibility of a permanent contract.
**Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance
- Filing and archiving
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Compiling reports
- Answering the phone, leaking with customers to finalize order details.
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 year’s administration experience.
