We are now looking for a PA to the Head to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**
As a PA to the Head, you will provide a comprehensive support service to our Headteacher.
Overseeing the Head’s diary, you will book venues and refreshments for meetings, prepare itineraries and make arrangements for functions and visits.
Additionally, you will:

- Assist with the recruitment and induction of new staff
- Compile the weekly Blundell’s Bulletin
- Arrange events
- Assist with the scholarship interview process and arrange meetings with prospective parents
**About You**
To be considered as a PA to the Head, you will need:

- Experience as a personal assistant
- Diary management experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong IT skills including Word and Excel
Please note, you will be required to work Saturdays during term time.
