**What We Offer**:

Tips

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of cafe staff, including wait staff, bar staff, and kitchen staff.

Ensure the restaurant is well-maintained, clean, and adheres to all health and safety regulations.

Work confidently and consistently to the highest standards with excellent attention to detail.

Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns.

Oversee and provide relevant training to new and existing employees.

Ensure all of the restaurant's policies and procedures are followed.

Oversee cash handling and ensure all financial transactions are accurate.

Monitor the overall quality of the restaurant operation, ensuring food, service, and customer experience are of the highest standard.

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

Assist with marketing activities, including social media management and other promotional initiatives as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role.

At least 2 years of experience as a barista in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, health and safety regulations, and inventory management.

Proficient in using computer software, such as IOS operating systems, reservation management, and point-of-sale systems.

Genuine enjoyment of working in the hospitality industry and understanding of the importance of friendly and efficient customer service.

Accommodation available: sole use of a 1-bedroom flat

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
