We are partnering a leading UK employer in the recruitment for a Senior HRSSC Manager to be based in the Buckinghamshire Head Office. This is a 9 month contract.

This is not a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.

Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services, this role is accountable for managing a team of c.20 who provide administrative HR services to a UK-wide employee base.

As the HRSCC Manager, you will help drive process improvements and increase efficiencies whilst managing an engaged team.

Within this role, you will manage the day to day HR Service streams, driving operational excellence through SLAs and Customer Service.

Key services provided by the team include:

- Compliance & RTW
- New starter administration
- Onboarding
- Contract Amendments
- Payroll Administration

As part of the wider HR function, this role will help drive employee experience.

We are looking for a proven HR Shared service Lead who has managed teams of 15+ Advisors.

You will have led high performing teams who provide HR Administrative services across large client groups.

You will have a background in process improvements, systems developments and customer service.
