Here at **Human Appeal **we have an exciting opportunity for a** Senior Creative Lead **to join our team based in Cheadle. You will join us on a full-time basis as part of an initial 1-year fixed term contract with a view to progressing into a permanent role. In return, you will receive a **competitive salary.**

**Key duties and responsibilities of the Senior Creative Lead**:

- Lead the team on creating campaigns and ensure all work meets deadlines and adheres to the company's visual identity criteria and strategy
- Lead the team in creative thinking sessions for all campaigns and events
- Lead the team in creating campaign pitch decks and pitching to stakeholders
- Be a brand ambassador and constant push the team on creative and initiative thinking
- Produce creative and innovative campaign material across print and digital, such as direct mail, posters, outdoor
- content/banners
- Manage the team on design projects from concept to completion in a timely fashion, including engaging and briefing contractors such as creative copywriters
- Produce engaging content, to increased donor retention, donations and brand awareness.
- yearly planning for campaigns and events
- Lead, develop, train and manage a team of creatives, including Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Videographers and Video Editors

**What were looking for in our Senior Creative Lead**:

- Graduate in a relevant discipline, e.g. Graphic Design or Video Production, or qualified by experience
- Minimum 5 years as a Creative in Graphic Design or Videography, with a proven track record in leading creative thinking sessions and providing thorough and strategic solutions to creative briefs
- Minimum 2 years in people-management, including coaching and supporting staff, setting objectives and appraising performance
- MS Office suite
- Adobe suite
- InDesign
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Digital experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Additional languages, e.g. Arabic, Urdu are desirable
