Customer Service Administrator

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for four Customer Support Administrators to join one of our key clients based in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity, joining a well-established friendly business, which will allow you to really develop and progress. Due to exciting growth plans for 2023, our client is looking to increase their head count and recruit an additional four Customer Service proffesionals.
Typical duties could include:
- Providing day to day customer service and handling any enquiries the key account customers may have
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the customer requests are achievable
- Working closely and managing product lead times, quantities etc
- Building and maintaining the relationships with the key customers
- Processing all orders
- Keeping company systems up to date
- Working closely with the sales team completing all end to end administration
You should have previous administration and customer service experience. Key account experience would also be beneficial. You should be resilient and an excellent communicator.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
