Futures Recruitment Services is delighted to be working with our client is a market leader in the engineering and manufacturing of gate hardware products for
fencing and offshore wind industries globally. We are in search of an Order Administrator to join their busy team. They are a customer centric company, focused on giving a ‘can do’ attitude and friendly culture.

Responsibilities as Order Administrator:

- Receiving and Processing Purchase Orders
- Receiving and Processing Quotes
- Revert to customer with product upsell opportunities.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records on CRM.
- Sales Inbox management
- Communicate important feedback from Customers to relevant departments.

Requirements and Skills for the Order Administrator Role:

- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.

Hours:
Monday - Friday
Can either be a part-time or full-time position. Usually work 4.5 days a week.

Annual Salary:
£20,000 - £23,000
Bonus for when company achieves sales targets.

- Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
