**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taken orders from customers and processing through an inhouse system
- Price checking
- Updating stock levels
- Chasing orders with couriers and keeping customers in the loop
- Dealing with all inbound calls

**Personal Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Previous working experience of Excel
- Confident personality
- Knowledge of OGL Profit Plus would be an advantage but full training is offered

**Hours**: 0830-1730 Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

**Benefits**: Free parking, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, Nest Pension Scheme, Free lunch last Friday of each month.

INDPERM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
