We have a great opportunity for a friendly and reliable full time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Livingston branch to perform a variety of Administrative and clerical tasks. Duties for this role include providing support to the Directors and other employee’s. Assisting in the daily office needs.

**As an Administrative Assistant for GMB Portfolio Services some of the responsibilities will include;**
- Answering and diverting calls.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintaining accurate records using our back office system.
- Creating and producing letters and review reports.
- Receiving and acting on instructions from Managers, Financial Planners and Paraplanners.
- Greeting and directing clients and offering refreshments.

**Who are we looking for to join our team;**
- You will be confident working on your own initiative.
- You will be friendly and approachable manner with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- You will have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft I.E word, excel & Outlook.
- You will understand the importance of working well as part of a team and be able to positively contribute towards the team environment.
