Job Summary:
We're a busy organisation who manufacture, supply and install Passenger Waiting Shelters across the UK. Working in a fast-paced environment, we are looking for a confident Sales Administrator to join our team.

You will work with our Planning Assistant and Project Managers ensuring new orders are processed quickly and effectively. Attention to detail is required, as is the ability to multitask.

We pride ourselves on the relationships we have with our customers and are looking for someone who has a confident telephone manner, able to build upon the relationships we already have and the ability to develop new ones.

Your job role will include
- Processing new orders
- Invoicing
- Answering telephone calls
- Capturing essential order information and/or requesting further information
- Liaising with internal departments including design and production
- Liasing with customers

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

It's essential to have a car for the role due to our location and lack of bus routes.

**Salary**: £23,500.00 per year
