Administrative Sales Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries, purchase orders, and after-sales care.
- Prepare trend reports, mood boards, and trading calendars to support sales efforts.
- Use analytical and numerical skills, with knowledge of sales and commodity figures, to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working with invoices, administration, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently/autonomously.
