**Purpose**

We need you to work in the administrative team working alongside our operational teams to support the delivery of the Haringey and Enfield programme.

Your eye for detail and rigorous approach to quality will be crucial in ensuring that the Haringey and Enfield programme offers the very best support to its participants and that we successfully implement each element of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model.

The aim of the service overall is to contribute to the Shaw Trust vision of a society in which everyone has the opportunity for employment, inclusion, and independence.

**Essential**:
You will have:

- Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases
- Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate concisely and effectively
- Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service skills
