**Yo-Yo DESK® **is the UK's no.1 online brand for active office furniture.
Our company has grown rapidly with the surge in awareness of the health benefits of active furniture coupled with the shift towards **Hybrid Working. **The timing is now as we prepare for our next phase of major sales growth. Office workplaces across the UK are preparing for radical change.
Reporting to the **Operations Director ,** this position will work closely with other members of our Sales team**. ** We have a highly diverse and rich customer base we need to mine and classify to build robust CRM processes and Sales Optimisation to allow us effectively to build and enrichen the sales pipeline.
You will be a self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit with a background in Sales. We are looking for people who are passionate about wellness and the multiple benefits to the solutions we offer.

**THE ROLE**
You will need to demonstrate fast learning ability to develop concise knowledge of our core product offering, distinctive USP’s and how we deliver best-practise customer experience.
**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Outbound calls to leads generated by our CRM/marketing activities aimed at gaining appointments to conclude sales of our products and services
- Deliver / exceed monthly sales targets
- Account management using our CRM system. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Sales Process and future optimisation improvements including conversion of sales enquiries / prospects, up-selling strategy and CRM classification for all existing customers & Key Accounts.
- Outbound sales activity aimed at driving interest in our products
- Strategic thinking and the ability to communicate and execute our strategy effectively. Be a Subject-Matter Expert on products, processes and activities
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 2 years track record in sales, customer services and preferably in office furniture or wellness sector (not essential)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and verbal / written English
- Immaculate attention to detail, excellent time keeping, demonstrable organisational skills
- Enjoy working independently, flexible and adaptable
- Full computer literacy including the ability to write clearly and Excel spreadsheets. Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Confident, ambitious, social, physically active with a good sense of humour
**REMUNERATION**
- £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (Pro Rata) + Profit Share + Commission Bonus
- On Target Earnings:
£30,000 (incl. Basic, Bonus + Profit Share)
- Share Options: After 4 years
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
