**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting new opportunity for a confident and highly motivated RMX Technical Support Advisor to support us in the South region working hybridly.

As a RMX Technical Support Advisor you will ensures the effective operation of the company's Health, Safety and Quality objectives. You will respond and provide technical data & advice to both internal & external customer enquiries and proactively support sales team to achieve business sales targets and overall business goals

You will assist in the provision of basic technical training to all staff where appropriate and requested. You Actively promote AI Performance Products and solutions to both internal and external customers. You will assist in business development and in raising the company profile by the timely completion of mix design and allied technical data as required.

**What will you bring?**
- To manage, prioritize and motivate workload without recourse to others.
- Degree or equivalent industry specific recognised qualification.
- Recognised qualification in Concrete Technology (e.g.: ICT Concrete Technology & Construction Stage 2; University Certificate in Concrete Technology).
- Proven experience in a Quality role within a Construction, Civil Engineering or Building environment
- A firm understanding of industry, European and British standards and specifications.
- Likely to have acquired a minimum of 2 years experience in a technical or commercial role within the ready mixed concrete industry.
