The **Commercial Team Administrator** will be someone who enjoys varied work with a keen eye for detail as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills to join our team in Edinburgh, Scotland on a permanent basis.

**Support the Sales team**:

- Co-ordinate and schedule meetings such as Monthly Sales, customers and internal meetings as needed
- Compile weekly report of sales leads and sales orders using the CRM system
- CRM - some upkeep of database and reporting
- Generate TOMRA Connect Service Report and distribute to the relevant stakeholders
- Support in creating presentations from templates for the Sales and Service teams
- Collection of information to prepare Service & Operations’ quotations using panda.doc
- Entry of customer information into ERP system.
- Retrieval of sales reports from ERP system
- Manage third party logistics provider for events; arrange shipments and installation of machines and ensure all costs are tracked. Provide information to Service and Operations VP on progress of third party and flag any issues.

**Support Marketing activity**:

- Assist with events by creating and updating check lists and planning documents: version control, updating, storing in the correct place, liaising with third parties for completion
- Liaising with the Service/Operations’ team to ensure machines are ready for events and review status on return
- Media tracking with daily highlights.
- Ordering of marketing materials
- Customer graphic “wraps” for our machines
- Editorial and Advert support
- Help when needed to create social media content
- Office content/marketing support
- Help with ad hoc tasks that come through and pick up time sensitive projects

**Any other administrative tasks in support of the business as required**

Qualifications:
**Key skills, knowledge and experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial sector
- Strong organisational skills and eye for detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- CRM, ERP knowledge helpful (IFS), not essential.
