Southall, United Kingdom West London NHS Trust Full time

West London NHS Trust is looking to employ an Associate Workforce to support the Capital, Estates & Facilities (E&F) department based within this large NHS Trust.

CE&F are looking for flexible HR support who will get involved in all aspects of workforce activity. This will include comprehensive support with employee relations matters and strategic aspects of identifying proactive HR interventions.

This is a unique role supporting an area with complex workforce challenges. You will be working with a range of staff from apprentices and junior bands, through to the senior leadership team. The CE&F workforce provides support services to the sites and is often involved in hands-on, shift based work that requires a creative HR professional to assess the best strategies for engaging with staff and managers in this operational environment. For example, staff such as drivers, porters and domestics do not work on computers and therefore communication methods need to take this into account.

The post-holder will be based at West London NHS Trust Head Quarters but regular travel is expected to HSS in Crowthorne.
