EMEA HR Coordinator needed for a financial services company based in London.

You will be working for a well established financial services company in London.
This role is offered on a hybrid working model.
**Your new role**
You will be working as an EMEA HR Coordinator for an initial 9-12 month contract.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, providing operational and strategic HR Generalist support. This role will be a fully generalist role with the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment,training, benefits and payroll.
Some duties will include:
- Responsible for the accurate entry of HR data into Workday
- On-boarding/Off-boarding of employees
- Arranging inductions for new joiners
- Assisting with graduate and intern recruitment including assessment centres and events
- Payroll administration
- Run regular HR reports
- Assisting with training administration
- Dealing with HR queries and being the first point of contact for anything HR related
- Benefits administration

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR generalist role.
Ideally you will have experience with using workday as a system however this is not essential.
**What you'll get in return**
In return, you will receive an annual salary of between £45,000 - £55,000 depending on previous experience.
