**Here's the exciting bit a day includes**
- ** Leading and coordinating the PM shift in a busy Savers Distribution Centre alongside the Shift Manager.**

***Key Responsibilities**
- ** Ensuring team members are coached and developed to hit their performance targets.**:

- ** Providing first line support for your team.**:

- ** Managing KPIS and review report data.**:

- ** Providing support to the shift manager with new initiatives and overall shift management duties.**:

- ** Managing the day to day Health & Safety obligations in a busy warehouse.**:

- ** Ensuring the CSL's are managed to ensure that the stores get their goods on time.**
