**Why this role is important for CPI’s work**:
We are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to join the maintenance team at Darlington. The Maintenance Team Leader will supervise and coordinate the activities of the site-based maintenance teams and third-party support contractors to maintain and improve the reliability of the equipment, building services and facilities on specific assigned CPI sites and to provide technical and hands on support for the same.

**The person we are seeking**:
We are looking for someone who can provide leadership for introducing preventative and predictive maintenance to all CPI assets within the specified site(s) based on the criticality and quality requirements of our customers.

It is essential that you are able to:
Take responsibility for diverse or complex technical activities where it is necessary to use own initiative and judgement, implementing innovative solutions in complex situations.

The ability to interpret engineering (electrical and mechanical) diagrams and use these to gain an understanding of the operational principles of the toolsets within the facility.
- Can demonstrate evidence of building knowledge sharing and network building practice across teams and organisations to achieve desired results.

It is also essential that you have one of the following:

- Educated to NHC or Foundation Degree Level (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline plus relevant industrial experience.
- Have significant industrial experience at a senior level.
