We are a company that has been in business 30 years, we have been owned by a thriving company based in London for the past 5 years and become another arm to the operations of this group, of supplying the uk with well installed and specified ventilation solutions. In the past year we have undergone a major workshop refurb and trebled our workforce, thus the requirement for someone to help manage the busy office environment, this growth in business operations we need administrating.

This role we have to offer is for a Office Administrator to work out of our manufacturing workshop, located in Havant, Hampshire.

As the new Office Administrator, will be joining a new and growing team in a busy workshop environment, you will be shown and trained into the raw knowledge of a sheet metal work shop and the products we offer and the services we can provide.

The exciting part of the role is that as you will be joining a fast growing company, the jobs roles and responsibilities will become responsible for, will grow alongside your growth and progression within the business, which can lead to increased remuneration.

The role will initially be to assist the Business Development Manager & Workshop Mangers day to day administration tasks, with running the business. This will be to learn and understand the business's operations. Following this a much more hands on approach will be required to run the office efficiently on a day 2 day basis.

Essential skills required for this role are as follows;
- Reliable & Punctual
- Well organised and ability to multi task
- Good communicational skills
- Out going with the willingness to learn and adapt to a fast moving environment
- Working as part of a small but solid team
- Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office; Word / Outlook / PowerPoint / and most importantly Excel
- An eye for numbers is a key preferred skill
- English Language Spoken & Written Fluently
- Good telephone manor
- Be able to interact with customers/ suppliers face 2 face in a professional manor
- Previous Administrative / Receptionist work required
- Previous Sales experience is also preferred

Starting pay will be dependant on age, ability, enthusiasm and willing to learn.

General hours are Mon-Fri 07:00-15:30, however we do operate outside of these hours. Dependant upon circumstance / requirements etc.
