Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Organize Maintenance - Liaising with contractors, occupants and Landlords
- Arrange Compliances - Updating system and liasing with all parties
- Maintain contact lists
- System updates
- Maintain contact with Landlords, Occupants and Contractors
- Carry out Interim Property Insepctions - Report to Landlord and Occupants
- General assistance as and when required with the department
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to adapt to software systems with ease
- Good typing speed
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016
- Previous experience within the lettings industry will be an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £24,960.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: In person
